Ingredients
• ½ cup granola
• ¼ cup nut butter (peanut, almond, or your fave)
• 2 tsp agave syrup
Directions
1. In a medium bowl, mix the granola, nut butter, and maple/agave syrup using a spoon until well combined.
2. With slightly damp hands, roll the mixture into small balls (about ½ tablespoon each).
3. Place the bites on a dish or tray and freeze for at least 30 minutes to set.
4. Store in the fridge for up to 1 week, if they last that long!
Pro Tip:
If your mixture feels too dry, add a bit more nut butter or a splash of syrup. Too sticky? A sprinkle of oats or crushed granola can help balance it out.
