We currently ship across the United Arab Emirates, with plans to expand to the GCC soon.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders placed before 4pm are typically processed within an hour. Orders placed after 4pm are processed the next business day at 9am.

All UAE deliveries are handled by our logistics partner, Transcorp.

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking email. You may also receive an SMS from Transcorp with delivery updates.

DELIVERY ISSUES

Wrong or damaged item? We’ll gladly exchange it. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number.
Incorrect address or missed delivery? Please notify us as soon as possible so we can help.

SPECIAL HANDLING

We take extra care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. Perishable items such as chocolates are shipped in temperature-controlled vans.
