Return & refund policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you’re not, we’re here to help.

RETURNS

We’re happy to exchange items if:

  • The product was damaged during transit, or
  • The wrong item was dispatched

If either applies, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order at service@innocentsweets.me.

Be sure to include a photo of the item and your order number so we can assist you promptly.

We’ll arrange a replacement or an appropriate resolution as quickly as possible.

CANCELLATIONS 

If you need to cancel an order, please get in touch within one hour of placing it, as long as it hasn’t been fulfilled yet.

To request a cancellation, please use our contact form and include your order number.

Alternatively, you can email us at service@innocentsweets.me. We’ll let you know whether the order is still eligible for cancellation.

REFUNDS

As a general policy, we do not issue refunds.
If your item is damaged or incorrect, we’re happy to arrange an exchange or another suitable solution.
If a refund is approved in exceptional circumstances, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
